Through this cell the eminent Persons deliver motivational Lectures to students regarding personality development and jobs in various fields. Students are also encouraged for competitive examinations such as U.P.S.C, M.P.S.C, NET/SET, Railways, Banking, and L.I.C etc. it organizes placement program-me for the students.

The College has computer lab with 20 computers which caters to the integration of information and communication technology. It also provides free internet facility to the staff and students. Besides computer training is given to the staff and others.

The College has Communicative English as optional subject at B.A. level and the facility of modern communicative lab which is charismatic for students in developing soft skills of communication and to increase their employ ability.

Under the chairmanship of the Principal Dr.Azizul Haque the college has established the women study center with holistic purpose of creating leadership quality among girls student.
